        Electric glass lifters for cars are mostly composed of a motor, a reducer, a guide rope, a guide plate, and a glass mounting bracket. Due to the different materials or manufacturing process of the guide rope, there are three types of electric glass lifters: rope wheel type, flexible shaft type and plastic belt type. The first two uses steel wire ropes as guide ropes, and the latter uses plastic straps as guide ropes.

        

        Take the commonly used rope wheel type electric window lifter as an example. It is composed of electric motor, reducer, steel wire rope, guide plate and glass mounting bracket. During installation, the door and window glass is fixed on the glass mounting bracket, and the glass guide The groove is parallel to the wire rope guide plate. Turn on the motor, the motor drives the reducer to output power, pulls the wire rope to move the glass mounting bracket, forcing the door and window glass to make a linear movement of ascending or descending. The guide rope of the plastic belt-type electric glass lifter is made of plastic belt, which has holes for moving and positioning the plastic belt, and controlling the lifting of the door and window glass.

        

        The key to the structure of the electric glass lifter is the motor and the reducer. The two are assembled into one. The motor adopts a reversible permanent magnet DC motor. There are two sets of magnetic field coils with different winding directions in the motor, which can be controlled by the switch. Forward and reverse rotation, that is to say, you can control the rise or fall of the door and window glass. The motor is controlled by a double switch button, with three working states of up, down, and off. When the switch is not operated, it will automatically stop at the "off" position. The control circuit is equipped with a main switch (central control) and a sub-switch, and the two circuits are connected in parallel. The main switch controls the opening and closing of all doors and windows by the driver, while the sub-switches on the inner handles of the doors are controlled by the occupants to open and close the doors and windows respectively, which is very convenient to operate.
